邯郸地区2568例不孕不育遗传咨询者染色体分析

Genetic counselors chromosome analysis 2568 cases of infertility in Handan area

目的分析比较染色体异常与的不孕不育关系。方法对前来咨询的不孕不育夫妇进行外周血染色体核型分析。结果本文对2568例不孕不育的夫妇染色体检查中发现77例染色体异常核型,检出率为2.998%。结论染色体核型异常与不孕不育存在着一定的关系。

Objective： To analyze comparative chromosome abnormality and infertility. Methods： To come to consult the infertile couples peripheral blood chromosome karyotype analysis. Results： The 2568 cases of infertility couples chromosome examination found 77 cases of abnormal chromosome karyotype and detection rate of 2. 998%. Conclusion： Abnormal chromosome karyotype and infertility exists a certain relationship.
