摘要
目的测定妊高征患者血清中免疫球蛋白、补体和C-反应蛋白的水平,探讨这些指标与妊高征发病的关系。方法选取妊高征患者114例作为研究对象,随机选取正常晚期妊娠妇女93例作为对照组。检测以上两组孕妇血清免疫球蛋白、补体和C-反应蛋白的水平。结果妊高征组与正常妊娠组相比,IgG、IgM、C3、C4、CRP差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。IgA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。轻度子痫前期组与重度子痫前期组相比,IgG、C3、C4、CRP差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IgA、IgM差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。轻度子痫前期组与正常晚期妊娠组比较,IgG、IgM、C3、C4、CRP差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,IgA差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;结论妊高征参与体液反应的免疫球蛋白的降低与其发病有关,补体系统参与妊高征的病理改变,妊高征的发生与CRP有关。
Objective: To explore the relationships between the occurrence of the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome and these indicators. It was determined by measuring the expression level of immunoglobulin,complement and CRP in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods: 114 patients with the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were selected as the test group; 93 normal pregnant women were selected randomly as control group. The concentration of immunoglobulin、complement and CRP in the serum of all of these pregnant women was determined. Results: There was a significant difference in the expression level of serum IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CRP between the test group with that of control group,( P 0. 01); but it hadn't a significant difference between the IgA of the two groups( P 0. 05). There was a significant difference in the expression level of serum IgG, C3,C4,CRP between the groups in prophase of light degree eclampsia and in prophase of heavy degree eclampsia( P 0. 05) but it hadn' t a significant difference between the two groups with eclampsia about IgA and IgM( P 0. 05). There was a significant difference in the expression level of serum IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CRP between the groups in prophase of light degree eclampsia with that of control group,( P 0. 05); but it hadn't a significant difference between the IgA of the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The decline of immunoglobulin was likely related to the outbreak of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. The complement system participated the pathology change of the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. The CRP was related to the outbreak of the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.
