肿瘤坏死因子-α在妊娠期糖尿病发病机制中的作用探讨 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,妊娠期糖尿病的发病率逐年增加,严重影响了母婴的健康,其发病机制多认为与胰岛素抵抗相关。胰岛素抵抗是正常妊娠都可出现的一种症状,但在患有妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇表象更为明显。近些来的研究均表明脂肪组织与胎盘来源的炎症细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子-α通过多种途径参与了胰岛素抵抗,进一步参与了妊娠期糖尿病的发生。
