摘要 目的探讨人子宫内膜息肉干细胞(EPMSCs)的增殖和多向分化潜能的研究。方法细胞培养,流式细胞术,免疫组化,逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)。结果 EPMSCs是一种存在于人子宫内膜息肉中,数量超过骨髓干细胞和子宫内膜基质细胞,具有增殖分化能力的间充质祖细胞。结论 EPMSCs可能是将来成体干细胞再生治疗的替代资源。 Objective: Investigate the human endnmetrial polyps proliferation and multi - directional differentiation potential of stem cell research. Methods: Cell culture, flow eytometry, immunohistoehemistry, RT -PCR. Results: EPMSCs are a population of mesenehymal progenitor cells being in human endometrial polyps that are able to proliferation, differentiation, and clonogenicity sur- passing that of bone marrow stem cells and endometrial stromal cells. Conclusion : EPMSCs can be a substitute resource of adult stem ceils for future treatment of regeneration.
