促炎细胞因子在自发性早产中的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 自发性早产是常见的妊娠期并发症之一,感染和胎膜早破是其主要原因。促炎细胞因子白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1、-6、-8和肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α等参与妊娠全过程,动物实验、体外实验和临床试验证实促炎细胞因子与自发性早产的发生相关。羊水,孕妇外周血及宫颈阴道液中IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α可作为预测早产发生的指标,对促炎因子的更深入研究可为早产防治提供新的依据。
