细胞自噬基因Beclin 1与惊厥性脑损伤的相关性

摘要 自噬是细胞内物质代谢的重要途径,是真核细胞中广泛存在着的降解再循环系统的重要组成部分,其可作为神经细胞的保护机制,也可作为神经细胞死亡方式之一。Beclin 1是最近发现参与细胞自噬调控的蛋白之一,参与自噬体形成的启动过程,与某些疾病如肿瘤、惊厥性脑损伤的发生等密切相关。惊厥是儿科常见的急重症,反复的惊厥性损伤不但影响患儿的智力发育,而且严重惊厥可引起永久性脑损伤,甚至留有后遗症,给患儿及家庭带来沉重打击。最近研究表明,反复惊厥后海马Beclin1表达迅速上调,自噬激活与惊厥导致的脑损伤密切相关。Beclin1作为重要的细胞自噬基因。 Autophagy is an important way of promoting the metabolism in cells, widely exists in eukaryotic cells and is important constituent in the degradation of recireulation system. It can be used as nerve cellsprotection mechanism, also can be used as one of neuronal cell death. Beclin 1 is recently found to participate in cell autophagy regulation of protein, involved in autophagy body formed by the boot process, and certain diseases such as tumors, the occurrence of convulsive brain damage are closely related. Convulsions are pediatrics common expectations, repeated of convulsion damage not only affect the development of the ehildren~ intelligence, but also severe seizures can cause permanent brain damage, even leave sequela, giving children and family a heavy blow. Recent studies have shown that, after repeated seizures hippocampal Beclin 1 expression increases rapidly, autophagy activation is closely related to the convulsions cause of brain damage. Beclin 1 as an important cell autophagy genes, provides the convulsive brain damage preven- tion treatment direction.
