摘要
目的探讨影响急诊运用分级分区分流的患者相关因素。方法采用自制问卷调查方法,随机选取广东省某8家三级甲等医院急诊科符合条件的患者或患者家属(各55例)进行问卷调查。通过二项分类logistic回归分析患者方面影响急诊采用分级分区分流患者的相关因素。结果有11项因素与急诊患者"不满意"密切相关,4项与患者"满意"相关,"不满意"在患者中较"满意"反映更强烈。结论分级分区分流患者分诊模式的实施需积极消除引起患者"不满意"因素,促进"满意"因素,需要医院管理者加大投入及宣传,医护人员提高服务意识,患者应积极主动地获取相关的诊疗知识及资讯。
Objective To explore the influence of related factors under regional classification system in emergency room (ER). Methods Self-made questionnaire survey was adopted among eligible patients or relatives of patients ,who were randomly selected from ER of 8 GradeⅢ-A hospitals in Guangdong. The binary logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors under regional classification system in ER. Results There were 11 factors related with the patient′s dissatisfaction in ER,4 fac-tors were related with the satisfaction of patients ,and the dissatisfaction reflected stronger than satisfaction among the patients. Conclusion The implementation of regional classification system need to actively eliminate negative factors of dissatisfaction , promote positive factors of satisfaction to patients ,strengthen investment and publicity in hospital administrators and improve the service consciousness of medical staff. The patients should be active in acquiring relevant medical knowledge and information.
