基于MLE的白光数码管加速寿命

摘要 为预测白光数码管的寿命信息,对同类型的3组数码管做恒定温度应力加速寿命测试试验。采用对数正态分布函数描述白光数码管寿命分布情况,利用最大似然估计(MLE)方法估算了变量对数的平均值和标准差,并对恒定应力作用下测得的试验数据进行统计和分析。分析结果表明,白光数码管服从对数正态分布,其加速寿命模型符合逆冥定律,利用加速模型估算得到的白光数码管寿命值为1.05×10^6h,与常用的数码管100000h寿命比较接近。 In order to forecast the life information of white light digital tube, this paper conducted experiments on three groups of digital tube of the same type to test stress accelerated life under constant temperature. Logarithmic normal distribution function was used to describe the life distribution situation of white light digital tube, MLE method was used to estimate the average value and standard deviation of variable log, and test data gained under constant stress was counted and analyzed. The analyzed result showed that the white light digital tube obeyed the logarithmic normal distribution, and its accelerated life accorded with Inverse power law. The life value of white light digital tube estimated by accelerated mode was 1.05×10^6 hours, which was close to the value reported by the market 100000 hours.
