火焰原子吸收光谱法测定八月瓜籽油中的重金属

Determination of Heavy Metal Contents in Akebia trifoliate Seed Oil by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 以湘西八月瓜籽油为原料,采用浓硝酸.高氯酸微波消解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了八月瓜籽油中的铅、铜、镉、铬、锌5种重金属含量。结果表明:油样中未检出铅、铜和镉。锌和铬的含量分别为167.86μg/g和35.18μg/g,加标回收率为99.77%和100.44%,相对标准偏差为O.92%和1.16%。该法回收率和准确度高,精密度和重复性好,具有良好的应用价值。 With akebia trifoliate seed oil from xiangxi as test material, the oil sample was digested with microwave addition HNOa-HCIO4, and the contents of the lead, copper, cadmium, chromium, zinc et al five heavy metal in akebia trifoliate seed oil was measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The results show that lead, copper, cadmium in the oil sample do not checked out. The element contents of the zinc and chromium are 167.86μg/g and 35.18μg/g, respectively. The recovery of adding standard sample are 99.77% and 100.44%, and its relative standard deviation are 0.92% and 1.16%, respectively. This method has fine application value because of high recovery rate, accuracy, and good precision and repeatability.
