摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AEs)同时、快速测定钕铁硼永磁材料中Nd、Dy-Pr、La、Co、B和Al含量的方法。结果表明:采用浓硝酸低温消解,消解快速、完全,然后用ICP-~S测定Nd、Dy、Pr、La、Co、B和朋,相关系数,.可达0.9999以上,加标回收率92%-107%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。方法快速简便、检出限低、精密度好,结果令人满意。
This paper studied a method that elements of neodymium, dysprosium, praseodymium, lanthanum, cobalt, boron and aluminum in NdFeB permanent magnet materials were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results showed that determination of those elements by ICP-AES, correlation coefficient may reach above 0.9999. The recovery rate was between 92%--107%. And the relative standard deviation is less than 5.0%. The method is quick and easy, low detection limit, good precision. The result is satisfactory.
