离子色谱法与氟试剂分光光度法检测水中的氟

Determination of Fluoride in Water by Ion Chromatography and Alizarin Complexone Spectrophotometry

摘要 比较离子色谱法与氟试剂分光光度法测定水中氟的差异。对10份不同类型的水样同时采用离子色谱法与氟试剂分光光度法测定水中氟进行测定,比较其线性范围、检出限、方法的回收率、准确度和精密度。经配对f检验,2种方法检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.06,P〉0.05)。离子色谱法:线性范围为0-5.0mg/L,检出限为0.003mg/L,回收率为94%--166%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%-4.5%;氟试剂分光光度法:线性范围为0-1.0mg/L,检出限为0.023mg/L,回收率为93%~107%,RSD为2.7%—4.8%。离子色谱法的线性范围宽,检出限低,但所需仪器昂费;而氟试剂分光光度法不需要贵重仪器,成本较低,适合基层实验室的工作需要。 The experiment result was contrasted by ion chromatography and alizarin complexone spectrophotometry. Applied the ion chromatography, alizarin complexone spectrophotometry, examinated fluoride in water by different types of 10 samples, compared the proportional band, detection limit, recovery, accuracy and precision. The result was matched t test and had no significance difference (t=1.06, p 〉 0.05) . Proportional band of ion chromatography method was 0-5.0 mg/L, detection limit was 0.003 mg/L, recovery was 94%--106% and precision(RSD) was 2.0%w4.5%. Proportional band of alizarin complexone spectrophotometry method was 0---1.0 mg/L, detection limit was 0.023 mg/L, recovery was 93%--107% and precision(RSD) was 2.7%--4.8%. Lon chromatography was proved widely proportional band and low detection limit, but needed expensive equipment. Alizarin complexone spectrophotometry method did not need expensive equipment, could been applied widely and suitable for basic laboratory.
