摘要
采用微波消解样品、电感耦合等离子体一原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定了维药材中铁、锌、铜、锰、硒等5种微量元素的含量。在最佳仪器工作条件下,所的结果较理想。与常规分析方法相比,该法快速简便、准确率高、精密度好,用于实际样品的分析,结果令人满意。
The method was studied for simultaneous determination of Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Se, Pb and so on in Uighur medicine.Microwave digestion was pre-treatment methods for sample and detected by ICP-AES. The method got good results by optimizing the instrument parameters. And the method was simple, rapid and accuracy comparing to conventional analysis methods.
