一种基于菁染料的亚硫酸氢离子荧光探针

A Fluorescent Probe for Rapid Detection of Bisulfite in Aqueous Solution

摘要 设计合成了一个荧光打开型的探针1,通过荧光光谱研究了其与HS03-的识别和传感作用。结果表明,该探针在PBS(pH=7.4)的缓冲溶液体系中,与HSO3-的反应可以在9min内完成,并且对HSO3-显示了很高的选择性,初步探讨了该探针与HSO3-离子的作用机理。利用该探针,对糖中HSO3-的含量进行了检测。 A fluorescent probe 1 for bisulfite was designed and synthesized. Probe 1 was fully investigated to bisulflte ion, as well as other anions, by their fluorescence spectra, the results show that the compound completed the reaction with bisulfite ion in 9min, and it shown a high selectivity to bisulfite ion. The binding mode and the mechanism of fluorescence change of probe 1 and bisulfite ion were briefly discussed. Probe 1 was used to detect bisulflte in real samples with good recovery.
