摘要 还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADPH)氧化酶是活性氧(Reactive ocygen species,ROS)产生的主要来源,大量ROS的产生对神经系统疾病的发生发展起到重要作用。本文将对NADPH氧化酶及其各亚基在神经系统疾病中作用加以阐述。 Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase is the main origin of reactive oxygen species (ROS). The production of a large amount of ROS plays an important role in nervous system diseases. This paper discusses the roles of NADPH oxidase in nervous system diseases.
