他汀类药物不良反应的研究进展

大量临床试验表明他汀类药物使心血管疾病患者临床明显获益。随着他汀类药物的广泛使用，其安全性问题不容忽视。他汀类药物的不良反应除了早期发现的肌病和肝功能异常外，近年来又有研究显示有导致糖尿病、癌症的可能。因此现就他汀类药物不良反应及其相关因素研究进展做一综述。

A series of large - scale clinical trials have shown that statin therapy has definite clinical benefit in patients with cardiovascular diseases. With the wide use of statins the security issues can not be ignored. In addition to early detection of myopathy and abnormal liver function, in recent years the studies have shown that statins have the possibility of leading to diabetes and cancer. Therefore the adverse effects of statins and its related factors are reviewed in this article.
