Rural Public Service: Problems and Solutions

加速推进我国农村公共服务体系建设,构建较为完善的农村公共服务体系,是目前我国政府面临的重要课题。当前我国农村公共服务供给体制机制不完善、城乡二元结构、人才匮乏等问题,制约了农村公共服务的质量和效率。应从完善农村公共服务体制机制、深化乡镇政府改革与建设服务型政府、加强农村公共服务人才队伍建设等方面,构建和完善我国新型农村公共服务体系。

To speed up the construction of rural public service system and to build a more comprehensive rural public service are the challenges that our government are faced with. At present, the imperfect supply system and mechanism of rural public service, the urban-rural dual structure, lack of talents, etc. are the problems which have a negative impact on the quality and efficiency of public service in rural areas. Therefore, in order to build and perfect a new rural public service system, our government should improve the rural public service system and mechanism. In addition, it is important for the government to deepen the reform of the township government and to build the service-oriented government. It is still essential to strengthen the construction of human resources.
