Research on Quality Problems in Dismounting of the Side ESCO Coupling of the Electric Traction Motor for Multiple Units

针对CRH2C型二阶段及CRH380A、CRH380AL型动车组三级检修中退卸牵引电动机侧联轴节时牵引电动机转轴轴伸端和联轴节内表面发生多起严重拉伤问题,分析了各种可能产生质量问题的因素,并提出了处理方法。

In view of several serious damages on the stretching end of the rotating shaft of the electric traction motor and the inner surface of the coupling by pulling while dismounting of the side coupling of the electric traction motor in the 3rd Class repair of 2nd stage CRH2 C,CRH380Aand CRH380 AL,various factors that may cause quality problems are analyzed,and method of disposition is put forward.
