鸡病毒性免疫抑制病的病原学研究进展

Research progress on etiology of viral immunosuppressive disease in chickens

鸡群发生免疫抑制主要表现为病原易感性增强、免疫应答降低、病原持续感染、疫苗免疫失败等,引起鸡的免疫机能障碍,造成鸡体免疫系统瘫痪,使鸡群对多种疫病的敏感性增加,给养殖户造成困扰并严重危害养鸡业健康发展。文章对鸡常见病毒性免疫抑制病的病原特点及致病机理进行了综述,以期为广大兽医工作者和养殖户提供参考。

Immunosuppression in chicken flocks occurs mainly as increased susceptibility to pathogens, reduced immune response, persistent in- fection with pathogens, vaccination failures, ete, which cause immune dysfunction in chickens, resulting in paralysis of the immune system. It makes the chicken flocks increase sensitivity to a variety of diseases, causing distress to the raising farmers and serious harm to the healthy de- velopment of the poultry industry. This paper reviews the pathogen characteristics and pathogenic mechanism of common viral immunosuppres- sive disease in chickens, with a view to providing a reference for the veterinarian and raising farmers.
