摘要
为了观察狼毒对小白鼠各组织中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、丙二醛的影响,将40只小白鼠分为2组,分别灌服1%狼毒水煎液和生理盐水,剂量均为0.25 mL/只。40 d后末次灌胃,断头处死,取出有关组织脏器测定超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及丙二醛含量等指标。结果表明:狼毒可以提高心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,其中脾脏、肺脏、肾脏中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏中丙二醛含量降低,其中肝脏、肺脏、肾脏中丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。说明狼毒具有提高小白鼠抗氧化、抗衰老能力的作用。
To observe the effects of Stellera chamaejasme on supemxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH -Px), and malondial- dehyde (MDA) ia various tissues of white mice, 40 white mice were divided into 2 groups, and the mice each were drenched with 0.25 ml 1% decoction of Stellera chamaejasme and 0.25 mL 0.9% normal saline,respectively. All the mice were decapitated and removed the tissues and organs concerned after 40 d, inclading heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney, which were used to determine SOD,GSH - Px,MDA, and other indicators. The results showed that Stellera chamaejasme could improve SOD, GSH -Px activity in the heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney, in which the GSH -Px activity was significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 ) in the spleen, lung, kidney; the contents of MDA were reduced in the heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney, in which the contents of MDA were significantly lower (P 〈 0.05 ) in the liver, lung and kidney. The results indicate that Stellera chamaejasme has a role to improve the anti - oxidant and anti - aging abilities in white mice.
