中国与未来欧亚联盟国家的经济合作定位

Orientation of Economic Co-operation between China and Future Eurasian Union

欧亚经济联盟将于2015年1月1日正式启动。虽然欧亚联盟的前景还需观察,但构建欧亚联盟是相关国家的合理选择。欧亚联盟在中国周边诞生,无疑会对中国产生许多潜在的影响。由于任何区域一体化组织必须在对内开放的同时寻求与外部世界的多元合作,因此所谓的"欧亚联盟排除中国参与"事实上只是一个伪命题。中国必须理性看待欧亚联盟建设对中国及中国与上海合作组织关系的影响,前瞻性地思考与欧亚联盟的合作,明确合作战略,确立合作重点,确保多层次合作关系并行不悖的发展。

Eurasian Union will officially launch on Jan 1, 2015. It＇s a rational choice for related countries, while prospect of Eurasian Union needs to be observed. Eurasia Union will affect China potentially because it comes into being around China. It＇s false proposition that China will be excluded from Eurasia Union because any integrated organization not only opens to the interior but also must cooperate with the outside world. China must rationally view influence on China and Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO） from development of Eurasian Union and cooperate with it seriously. China must make cooperation strategy clearly, set the focus and guarantee the development of multi-level cooperation.
