区域文化对集群创新演化的影响研究——以汕头澄海玩具集群为例

Research on the Influence of Regional Culture on the Innovation Evolution of Industrial Clusters-Taking Toy Cluster of Chenghai as an Instance

区域文化是影响产业集群演化和创新机制培育的因素之一。基于文化结构主义理论对产业集群的区域文化构成、各组成成分之间的相互影响以及区域文化与集群创新能力培育之间的关联性展开研究,通过结合汕头澄海玩具集群在全球性金融危机影响下的创新演化实例,探讨集群的区域文化与集群创新之间的内在联系,以及集群区域文化各个组成部分对产业集群创新机制影响的差异性,从一个侧面和局部验证了集群区域文化的结构主义现象与集群创新之间存在的关联性,从而为区域产业政策制定与集群经济发展战略规划提供一定的参考。

Regional culture of industrial cluster is one of influence factors to the innovation mechanism of industrial clus- ters. From the perspective of culture - structuralism, we analyzed the components of regional culture, the relations among the components, and the relations between the regional culture and the innovation mechanism of industrial clusters. Through the empirical research of toy cluster in Chenghai district of Shantou city, we argued that the innovation of industrial cluster is related to the regional culture. Although the influences of the components of regional culture are different, the relation between the regional culture and innovation mechanism of industrial cluster can be proofed partly. These conclusions or ar- guments are valuable and helpful to formulate the relevant policies of the development of regional economy and industrial clusters.
