Effect of Aramid1414 Fiber Content on Fabric Functionality

研究芳纶1414纤维含量对织物功能性的影响。介绍了芳纶1414纤维的强力及热学性能,采用不同配比芳纶1414纤维与芳纶1313纤维的芳纶纱织造芳纶织物,测试了不同配比的芳纶织物的强力、阻燃性能、热防护性能及热稳定性能。试验结果表明:芳纶织物随着芳纶1414纤维含量的增加,织物强力先减小后增大,织物损毁长度减小,织物热防护性能逐步提高。认为:在设计芳纶织物时,应根据不同环境的使用要求合理选择织物中芳纶1414纤维的配比。

Effect of Aramidl414 fiber content on fabric functionality was researched. Strength and thermal property of aramidl414 fiber were introduced. Aramid fiber fabric was woven by different ratios of aramid1414 fiber and ar- amid1313 fiber blended yarns. The fabric properties were tested including strength, flame retardant property, thermal pro- tection property and thermal stability. The test result shows that the fabric strength is reduced firstly then increased, the fabric damage length is reduced, the fabric thermal protection is improved gradually when aramid1414 fiber content of the fabric is increased. It is considered that in design aramid fabric, aramidl414 content of fabric should be controlled ra- tionally according to different environment use demands.
