摘要
探讨7.3 tex牛奶蛋白改性腈纶纱的生产技术措施。针对牛奶蛋白改性腈纶纤维动静摩擦因数低、质量比电阻较大等性能特点,分析了牛奶蛋白改性腈纶纤维纺纱的关键技术难点及解决措施,如对牛奶蛋白改性腈纶纤维进行纺前预开松、预加湿处理,以解决抓取、成卷困难的问题;各工序优选相关工艺配置和器材专件,重点解决清棉工序难成卷、梳棉工序易断网断条、并条工序静电缠绕、粗纱和细纱工序断头多等问题,最终纺制出质量满足使用要求的7.3 tex牛奶蛋白改性腈纶纱。
Production technology measure of 7.3 tex milk protein modified acrylic yarn was discussed. According to the properties of milk protein modified acrylic fiber, such as lower dynamic and static friction factor, larger mass spe- cific resistance, the spinning key technology difficulties and solutions of milk protein modified acrylic fiber were ana- lyzed. Pre-opening and pre-wetting treatment were adopted, the problem of grasping and lap difficulties were solved. Re- lated processing parameter configuration and components wel~ selected in each process. Difficult lap during picking process, difficult web and sliver during carding process and electrostatic winding during drawing process, breakage dur- ing roving and spinning process was solved. Finally the 7.3 tex milk protein modified acrylic yarn is spun and the quality demand is satisfied.
