摘要 探讨纯棉细特高密牛仔织物的生产难点及解决措施。以生产JC 14.6/14.6 630/355 152二上一下右斜纹牛仔织物为例,分析了浆染方面、织造方面和规格适应性方面的生产难点。介绍了分轴浆染的方法,通过试验解决了设备制约总经根数、浆纱难度大、织造断经多等问题。根据产品特点,优化了浆料配方和织造工艺,最终实现了织机效率达到90%以上,入库一等品率达到了98.5%以上的效果。认为:采用分轴浆染和优化织造工艺是解决生产难点的关键。 Production difficulties and solutions of fine count high density denim fabric were discussed. Taking JC 14.6/14.6 630/355 152 two up one down denim fabric as example, the production difficulties of sizing and dyeing aspects, weaving aspects and specifications adaptability were analyzed. Method of separated beam sizing-dyeing was in- troduced, too much total warp number, sizing difficult, many end breaking and other problems were solved through the test. According to the product properties, the loom efficiency can be reached over 90% finally and first grade percentage put in storage can be reached 98.5% by optimizing sizing instruction and weaving processing parameter. It is considered that the key to solving the difficulties of production is adopting separated beam sizing-dyeing and optimizing weaving pro- cessing parameter.
