摘要
我国服务外包产业面临着价值链升级的瓶颈,团队知识管理水平是主要障碍之一。知识协同注重知识协作效率的提高,强调知识资本和社会资本的增值,是提高知识管理水平的战略手段。探讨知识协同本质,从社会资本和知识资本的增值角度度量知识协同效果,从知识协作的准确性和及时性角度度量知识协同的效率,构建了服务外包虚拟团队知识协同效益的评价指标,并通过因子分析对知识协同效益的评价指标进行了验证,最后指出了研究的局限。
In China, service outsourcing industry is facing a bottleneck to upgrade the value chain, and knowledge management of team is one of the main obstacles. Enhancing of the efficiency of knowledge collaboration empha-sis on increasing in value of knowledge and social capital, which is a strategic means to improve the level of knowledge management. This paper discusses the nature of knowledge collaboration, and measures knowledge syn-ergy effects from the value-added of social capital and knowledge capital, and efficiency of knowledge collabora-tion from accuracy and timeliness, then constructs the performance evaluation index of knowledge collaboration for outsourcing virtual team, and tests the evaluation index by factor analysis. This paper will become a basis for the research related to the field of knowledge collaboration.
