商业孵化器商业模式创新描述性框架——基于技术与资本市场的创新

A Description Framework of Incubator Business Model:Based on Technology and Capital Market Innovation

在移动互联网创业浪潮、科技创新与金融支持日益深化的背景下,孵化器近年来呈现出具有投资功能的商业化运作趋势。创业企业需求的变化促使孵化器需要商业模式创新。孵化器的价值主张由平台提供商转变为服务提供商和企业生产者,为技术与资本市场生产创意项目或公司。基于技术与资本市场对创业企业需求的变化,从商业模式基本原理出发,构建了基于技术与资本市场的商业孵化器商业模式核心要素及相应的描述性分析框架,并以创新工场、张江孵化器、清华科技园和联想之星等国内四个具有代表性的商业孵化器为案例呈现了各核心要素的创新路径。最后以美国Y Combinator的商业模式描述了商业孵化器如何创造、传递及获取价值。

Based on the tide of Mobile Net entrepreneurship, science and technology innovation and deepening fi-nancial support, incubator emerge the function of investment trend and commercial operation in recent years. The changes of Start-ups demands prompt incubators need business model innovation. The value proposition of incuba-tor is service providers and enterprise rather than a producer platform. It produces creative project or company for the technology and capital market. This paper starts from the basic principle of business model, and constructs an incubator business model framework based on the capital and technology market. Then we use four main incu-bators in China to express the innovation path of the framework elements. Lastly, the case study of Y Combina-tor is presented as an illustration of the framework. The following case study examines the applicability of descrip-tion framework to real-world cases and shall help eliminate incoherencies.
