摘要
企业创新实践产生了低成本创新的憧憬,但目前低成本创新尚未成为成熟的构念。以双星集团和宜家家居作为典型案例,运用Strauss程序化扎根理论方法对案例企业开展纵向研究,通过开放性译码、主轴译码和选择性译码三个步骤,分析案例企业低成本创新的具体举措,尝试构建低成本创新的路径模型。界定了低成本创新的内涵,并且发现低成本创新是技术、设计、市场、组织等传统管理要素变革的整合,且四种路径在企业不同的生命周期阶段的相对重要性不同。
The practice of enterprise innovation generates a low-cost innovative vision, but the constructs have not yet become mature. Therefore, the article carries out a longitudinal study on Double Star Group and IKEA as typi-cal cases under the Strauss Procedures of Grounded Theory analyzes their specific innovative initiatives through the three analysis steps of open coding, axial coding and selective coding, and then attempts to build the model of low-cost innovative path. The study defines the connotation of low-cost innovation, and this innovation is found the change and integration of traditional management elements in technology, design, marketing, organiza-tion, etc., and their relative importance of those four kinds of paths is different in enterprises' different stages of life cycle. The concept and model of low-cost INNOVATION enriches innovation theory, lays the foundation for further empirical research, and also provides a reference for China's industrial upgrading and the continuous devel-opment of low-cost manufacturing advantages.
