浅析我国中职学校在物流人才培养方面的现状与对策

A Brief Analysis on the Current Situation and Strategies for the Cultivation of Logistics Talents in Secondary Vocational Schools of China

中职物流教育是现代物流教育的重要组成部分,担负着培养一线物流技术的操作实用型人才的重任。文章针对我国中职学校物流人才培养方面的欠缺,在对中等职业学校物流人才培养现状进行分析的基础上,就如何建立中等职业学校科学合理的物流人才培养体系,提出了在中职学校这一层面培养我国物流业人才的现状及对策。

As an important component of modern logistics education, the logistics education in sec- ondary vocational schools undertakes an important business of cultivating talents with practical skills re- lated with logistics technology applied at the frontline. Focusing on the lack of cultivating logistics tal- ents in secondary vocational schools of China and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of culti- vating logistics talents in secondary vocational schools, the thesis puts forward the current situation and strategies for the cultivation of logistics talents in secondary vocational schools on how to build a scientif- ic and rational logistics talent cultivation system.
