摘要
对干部德的现实表现作出准确全面的评价,具有十分重要的现实意义。目前,干部德的考核评价依然存在考评内容不够科学、考评方法比较简单、考评结果运用不够等问题。必须紧紧围绕"四德",突出"四看",完善干部德的评价体系和标准,正确把握考察干部德的途径,并强化考评结果运用,形成德才兼备、以德为先的用人导向。
It is of very important realistic significance to make accurate and thorough evaluation of ethical performance of cadres. Currently, such evaluation is affected by the following issues : lack of scientific methods, simple evaluation meth- ods, improper use of evaluation results. We must focus on the " four virtues" and highlight the "four outlooks" so as to im- prove the ethical evaluation system and criteria for cadres. Thus we can accurately grasp the methods for evaluating their ethical performance, strengthen the use of evaluation results, and form the appointment orientation with focus on the inte- gration of ability and integrity and priority on ethics.
