摘要
本研究通过对N市5所幼儿N24个戏剧主题活动案例的分析以及对组织活动教师的访谈,从后现代课程观角度对儿童戏剧教育中的教师角色作了深入分析。研究者认为,在当前儿童戏剧教育中,教师扮演的是拓荒的“玩家”、变换的“角色群”和冲突的“抛锚者”。
Through analyzing 24 cases of drama activities in 5 kindergartens in City N and interviewing teachers who organized those activities, this paper studies teachers' role in children's drama education from the perspective of postmodern curriculum. The authors believe that in current children's drama education, teachers' role can be defined as: pioneering "players", changing "roles plexus" and conflicting "anchor person".
