江苏泰州市学前教育发展存在的问题、原因与对策

The Problems,Causes and Strategies in the Development of Preschool Education in Taizhou,Jiangsu Province

近年来，江苏泰州市学前教育事业获得了长足发展，但也面临许多问题和困难，如学前教育发展不均衡现象突出，优质学前教育资源匮乏，幼儿园规划、建设和管理机制不健全，对民办幼儿园办学缺乏有效管理，教师待遇不佳，师资队伍整体素质不高，等等。导致这些问题产生的主要原因是政府财政投入不足、学前教育管理体制不健全、教师队伍不稳定等。为促进学前教育事业的可持续发展．政府应担当职责，完善学前教育管理体制，健全学前教育投入保障机制，扩大优质学前教育资源，加强学前教育师资队伍建设，等等。

Recendy, preschool education in Taizhou has developed greatly. However, there still exist many problems and difficulties, including unbalanced development, lack of good quality resources, imperfect planning, construction and management of kindergarten, lack of efficient management of private kindergarten, unsatisfied benefits of teachers, and unsatisfied teachers quality. The major causes are insufficient investment from government, unsound management system, and instability of teaching faculty. To promote the development of preschool education, government should take responsibility, perfect management system, perfect the investment system, enrich good preschool education resources, and strengthen the construction of preschool education teaching staff.
