摘要
目的:研究威灵仙注射液关节腔离子导入对骨关节炎NO、SOD和PGE2的影响。方法:新西兰兔40只,除保留10只作为正常组外,余均采用木瓜蛋白酶关节腔注射复制OA模型。造模4周后,根据模型动物关节肿胀度随机分为模型组、威灵仙组(Wlx组)、醋酸曲安奈德组(Qand组)。实验结束时,抽取各组动物关节滑液进行NO、SOD和PGE2的检测。结果:与模型组相比较,Wlx组和Qand组动物关节滑液中的NO和PGE2的含量显著降低(P<0.05),SOD的含量升高(P<0.05);但与Qand组相比,Wlx组动物关节滑液中NO和PGE2的抑制作用显著弱于Qand(P<0.01),对升高SOD有微弱的优势。结论:威灵仙关节腔离子导入可能具有抑制炎症相关因子NO、PGE2的释放和增强SOD的活性来减缓OA的病变过程。
Objective To study Effect of NO, SOD and PGE2 on Osteoarthritis with intra - articular cavity iontophoresis of Clematis chinensis injection. Methods: 40 New Zealand rabbits, except 10 rats as normal group, the others were used to replicate OA model by papain intra- articular injection. 4 weeks after modeling, according to the degree of joint swelling, model animal were randomly divid- ed into model group, WLX group, Qand group. At the end of the experiment, detected NO, SOD and PGE2 of extraction joint all groups animals synovial fluid . Results Compared with the model group, WLX group and Qand group could obviously decrease the content of NO and PGE2 in synovial fluid (P 〈 0. 05), significantly increase the content of SOD in synovial fluid ( P 〈 0. 05 ). But inhibition of NO and PGE2 animal in synovial fluid was significantly weaker than Qand ( P 〈 0.01 ) , have a slight advantage to in- crease SOD Conclusion intra - articular cavity iontophoresis of Clematis could inhibit inflammation related factors of NO and PGE2, to release and enhanced the activity of SOD to slow the disease process of OA.
