摘要
目的:通过观察妇科千金片对SD大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型中输卵管组织Caspase-3蛋白和Caspase-8蛋白表达影响,深入探讨妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用机制。方法:采用大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及解脲脲原体混合菌接种法,建立慢性盆腔炎模型,随机分成七组:空白组,模型组,假手术组,中药妇炎康(0.41g·kg-1)对照组,和妇科千金片低剂量组(0.52g·kg-1)、中剂量组(1.04g·kg-1)、高剂量组(2.08g·kg-1)。经药物治疗后,解剖大鼠取输卵管组织,运用免疫细胞化学法观察Caspase-3蛋白和Caspase-8蛋白表达情况。结果:治疗21d后,与模型组比,妇科千金片低剂量组Caspase-3蛋白光密度值升高,具有明显差异(P<0.05),妇科千金片中、高剂量Caspase-3蛋白光密度值明显升高,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);与模型组比,妇科千金片低、中、高剂量Caspase-8蛋白光密度值明显升高,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:妇科千金片可能通过升高Caspase-3蛋白和Caspase-8蛋白的表达,引发Caspase级联反应,促使炎性细胞凋亡,从而减轻输卵管组织炎性损害。
Objective To study the influence of FukeQianjin Tablets to rat＇s Caspase- 3 , Caspase- 8 expression of the fallopian tubes with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method The rats were established by mixed bacteria of Eseheriehia coli , Staphyloeeo- eusaureus and M. urealytieum. The rats were randomly divided into 7 groups ： the control group, the model group, the low dosage group, the middle dosage group and the high dosage group of FukeQianjin Tablets, Fuyankang group. FukeQianjin Tablets in high, middle and low dosage were used to treat chronic pelvic inflammation model rat for 21days. Takes rat＇s the fallopian tubes , the expres- sion of caspases - 3 and caspases - 8 was detected by immunoeytochemistry. Results After 21 days, Compared with model group, the expression of caspases - 3 ： the FukeQianjin Tablets in low dosage groups were higher than in model group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the Fuke- Qianjin Tablets in middle and high dosage groups were markedly higher than in model group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the expression of easpases - 8 ： the FukeQianjin Tablets groups were markedly higher than in model groups （ P 〈 0.01 ） Conclusion FukeQianjin Tablets may im- prove the expression of caspases - 3, caspases - 8, produce Caspase cascade, make inflammatory cells to apoptosis, relieve ovarian tissue inflammatory pathological damage eventually.
