HPLC法测定补肾强身片中原儿茶酸的含量

Determination of Protocatechuic acid in Bushenqiangshen tablets by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定补。肾强身片中原儿茶酸的含量方法。方法：采用色谱柱为AgilentHC—C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-1％冰醋酸（3．5：96．5）；柱温为30℃；流速：1．0m1．min-1；检测波长：260nm；进样量：101．d。结果：原儿茶酸回归方程Y--3081．5151X-0．9753，r=0．9998（n=5），浓度在0．05888～0．35328gig．ml-1范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率97．7％，RSD为0．96％。结论：HPLC法准确、快速，简便可靠，可用于补肾强身片中原儿茶酸的含量测定。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of Protocateehuic acid in Bushenqiangshen tablets. Meth- ods： The Agilent HC - C18 column （4. 6mm ×250mm, 5μm） was used at a column temperature of 30℃. The mobile phase consis- ted of acetonitrile - 1% glacial acetic acid in water （3.5： 96. 5） and detected with UV 260nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1 and the injected volume was 10μL. Results： A good linear concentration range for Protocatechuic acid was 0. 05888 -- 0. 35328μg. mL-1 （ r = 0. 9998 , n = 5）. The average recoveries was 97.7% with RSD of 0. 96% . Conclusion ： The method is rapid, simpie and accu- rate , which can be used for the quality control of Protocatechuic acid of Bushenqiangshen tablets.
