精细化管理在手术室安全管理中的应用

Fine management application of safety management in the operating room

目的:探讨精细化管理在手术室安全管理中的应用。方法:选取进行手术治疗的患者320例,随机进行分组,其中对照组患者采用手术室常规管理,实验组患者采用精细化管理。比较两组患者的满意率、医疗事故发生率及护理质量评分。结果:实验组患者的患者满意率、护理质量、医疗事故发生率较对照组患者具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在手术安全管理中的应用精细化管理,可以明显提高患者的满意度,确保手术安全性。

Objective To study the fine management, the application of safety management in the operating room. Methods： Based on the 2012 July to December 2013, surgical treatment of 320 patients in our hospital, random grouping, and the control group were treated by routine operating room management, the experimental group were treated by fine management. Compare two groups of patients＇ satisfaction and nursing quality evaluation, medical accidents. Results： The patients of patient satisfaction, quality of care, medical accident rates than the control group patients have significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The surgery, the application of the safety management of fine management can improve the patient＇s satisfaction, to ensure the operation safety.
