对员工“幸福感”与人力资源管理的思考

摘要 以幸福管理为导向来构建人力资源管理体系,将大大提升人力资源管理的作用,对于在企业中形成良好的雇佣关系和进一步完善人力资源战略具有一定的指导意义。本文将阐述幸福管理对人力资源管理策略提升的意义以及基于幸福管理的相应举措展开探讨。
