摘要
以低压铸造加压控制系统为例 ,引入MATLAB语言来分析与设计铸造设备的控制系统 ;用根轨迹法对控制系统的稳定性进行了分析 ,用Ziegler Nichols方法和频域分析法来进行PID控制器的设计 ;基于MATLAB的控制系统计算机辅助设计能有效地提高编程效率和获得图文并茂的显示效果。
Taking the pressure control system in low pressure die casting as an example,analysis and design of control system for foundry equipment are made by using MATLAB In the paper,the stability of the control system is analyzed with the help of root locus plots,and PID controllers are designed with the Ziegler Nichols's method and in frequency domain Computer aided control system design (CADSD) based on MATLAB makes programming effective and shows the results with graphs and texts
