摘要
利用透射电镜研究了 Zr对快速凝固 Al- Ni合金组织及热稳定性的影响。结果表明 :Zr在急冷态时固溶于基体中 ,对合金固溶强化起很大作用 ;在随后热处理 ( 45 0℃× 4h)时以亚稳 L 12 - Al3Zr相析出 ,而这析出相非常细小 ,减缓了合金组织粗化和硬度下降 。
The Effect of Zr on the microstructure and microhardness of Al Ni alloy during rapid solidification and subsequent heat treatment was studied by TEM.It is shown that Zr is retained in solid solution during solidification and solid solution strengthening has remarkably effect on the hardness of the Al Ni alloy.Fine particles of the metastable L1 2 Al 3Zr phase during heat treatment (450℃×4 h) are precipitated.This precipitation is deemed suitable for elevated temperature strengthening because it resists coarsening of the grains and retards descending of microhardness of the rapidly solidified alloy.
