摘要
采用 Cu O颗粒与 Al熔体原位反应的方法制取了 Al2 O3( P) / Al复合材料 ,并对其显微组织、硬度及耐磨性进行分析和研究。试验结果表明 :反应生成的 Al2 O3颗粒非常细小 ( 2~ 5 μm)弥散且均匀地分布于 Al基体中 ,具有显著的增强效果。所得复合材料的硬度和耐磨性显著高于
In situ Al 2O 3 (P)/Al composites were fabricated by means of the reaction between CuO powder and molten Al.The microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of the composites have been investigated.The results indicated that Al 2O 3 particles formed from the reaction were very fine(2~5 μm) and dispersive,and were distributed uniformly in Al matrix,the significant strengthing effect was achieved in the composite from the particles.Compared with pure aluminium,the hardness and wearresistance of in situ Al 2O 3 (P)/Al composites were improved to a great extent.
