城市轨道交通企业员工培训现状研究

员工培训是企业发展的根本,现在企业之间的竞争其实就是人才的竞争,谁掌握了人才这个资源,谁就会在竞争中立于不败之地。本文以城市轨道交通企业员工为对象,对城市轨道交通企业员工培训现状进行了分析,提出了目前城市轨道交通企业员工培训普遍存在的问题,并总结出了城市轨道交通企业基层员工培训的一些特点。

Staff training is fundamental for the development of an enterprise. Now the competition among enterprises is actually the talent competition. The enterprises that mastered the talent of this resource will remain invincible in the competition. This paper ana-lyzed the urban rail transit enterprises＇ current staff training status and some common problems, and summarizes some of the characteris-tics of the urban rail transit enterprises＇ current staff training status.
