Analysis of the technological performance of the plate rolling mill transmission system in Handan Iron and Steel Co.

邯郸钢铁集团有限公司中板厂轧机传动系统设备老化 ,故障率高 ,为此进行了改造。文中介绍了新系统的基本特征 ,并对轧制工艺进行了简要分析。通过测试表明 ,新系统具有较高的过载保护能力 ,控制灵敏性和稳定性提高 ,从而可充分发挥轧机生产能力。

The basic characteristic of the new transmission syst em of plate rolling mill is introduced, and the rolling process is simply analyzed. The testing results shows that the overload protection, control sensitivity and stability of the system are better than the old one.
