甲状腺结节的临床评估及处理 被引量：5

摘要 甲状腺结节是指甲状腺细胞在局部异常生长所引起的病变.虽能触及,但在超声检查中未能证实的“结节”,不能称为甲状腺结节,最常见的包括亚急性甲状腺炎和桥本氏甲状腺炎所致的结节感,本文所讨论的结节不包括这一类“结节”.体检未能触及、而在影像学检查偶然发现的结节称作“甲状腺意外结节”[1].
