糖尿病性周围神经病患者抑郁焦虑状况调查 被引量：7

摘要 糖尿病患者容易合并抑郁、焦虑等负性心理,不及时控制患者的负性情绪,会加重糖尿病,导致血糖控制不良[1].高血糖是导致糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN）的病因,而DPN又是导致糖尿病足和其他危重病变的重要危险因素[2].后者又进一步增加抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪的发病风险[2,3].本文对我院DPN患者进行了抑郁和焦虑症状的调查,报道如下.
