坚强概念的应用对卵巢癌手术患者焦虑和抑郁的影响

Effect of hardiness conception utilization on anxiety and depression of ovarian cancer surgery patients

目的：探讨坚强概念在护理干预中的应用对卵巢癌手术患者焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法将100例确诊为卵巢癌并需要手术治疗的患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予一般的常规护理，观察组在此基础上依据坚强概念结构中的认知调整、情感调整、行为调整3方面，分阶段、分主次地进行护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表（ SAS ）和抑郁自评量表（ SDS ）评价两组患者干预前后的焦虑及抑郁状况。结果观察组干预前无焦虑、轻度焦虑、中度焦虑、重度焦虑的例数分别为0，10，17，23例，对照组分别为0，11，16，23例，两组比较差异无统计学意义（Z＝1．45，P＞0．05）；干预后观察组分别为13，18，12，7例，对照组分别为0，16，21，13例，两组差异有统计学意义（ Z＝-1．99，P＜0．05）。观察组干预前无抑郁、轻度抑郁、中度抑郁、重度抑郁的例数分别为0，9，22，19例，对照组分别为0，8，22，20例，两组比较差异无统计学意义（Z＝1．39，P＞0．05）；干预后观察组分别为12，17，11，10例，对照组分别为0，16，17，17例，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Z＝-2．01，P＜0．05）。结论坚强概念的应用减轻了焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，有利于患者配合治疗，提高手术治疗效果，对疾病的康复有促进作用。

Objective To explore the effect hardiness conception utilization in nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of ovarian cancer surgery patients .Methods One hundred ovarian cancer surgery patients were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table, each with 50 cases.The control group received the routine nursing , and the observation group received the different stages and key points nursing intervention according to the hardiness conception including the cognitive , emotional and behavioral adjustment on the basis of the routine nursing .The levels of anxiety and depression were evaluated by the self-rating anxiety scale （ SAS） and self-rating depression scale （ SDS） before and after intervention between two groups .Results The cases of without , mild, moderate, severe anxiety in the observation group were respectively 0,10,17,23 cases before the intervention , and were 0,11,16,23 cases in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant （ Z =1.45, P〉0.05 ）; after the intervention, the cases were respectively 13,18,12,7 cases in the observation group , and were 0,16,21, 13 cases in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （Z=-1.99, P＆lt;0.05）.The cases of without, mild, moderate, severe depression in the observation group were respectively 0,9,22,19 cases before the intervention, and were 0,8,22,20 cases in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant （Z=1.39, P＆gt;0.05）;after the intervention, the cases were respectively 12,17,11,10 cases in the observation group, and were 0,16,17,17 cases in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （Z=-2.01, P〈0.05）.Conclusions The hardiness conception utilization can reduce the negative emotions including anxiety and depression , and can help patients to cooperate with the treatment , and improve the effect of operation , and promote the rehabilitation of the disease .
