摘要
通过在果蝇的基础培养基中添加一定质量浓度的酵母菌ZGJ-1、安琪酵母和梅山酵母,测定了不同处理对果蝇寿命、存活率、体质量、交配率和繁殖力的影响。结果表明,添加ZGJ-1后,果蝇的寿命、存活率、体质量3项指标均显著优于基础培养基,其中,雌果蝇在ZGJ-1的添加量为60%时为最佳,雄果蝇以添加量为40%的ZGJ-1时效果最好,添加20%的ZGJ-1、安琪酵母和梅山酵母所饲养的果蝇,其交配率和繁殖力都显著高于用基础培养基喂养的果蝇。酵母菌对果蝇生长发育及繁殖具有显著的改善和促进作用。
The lifespan, survival rate, body weight, mating rate and fecundity of Drosophila melanogaster were measured by adding a certain concen- tration of yeast (ZGJ- 1, Angel and Meishan) to the basic medium. After adding yeast ZGJ- 1, the lifespan, survival rate and body weight ofD. melanogaster were significantly better than basic medium. Result showed that the optimum concentration of ZGJ-1 for female ones was 60%; while for the male ones, the optimum concentration was 40%. With the addition of 20% yeast (ZGJ-1, Angel and Meishan), the mating rates and reproductivities were significantly higher than those fed with basal medium. To sum up, yeast has a significant role in improving and promoting the growth, development and reproduction olD. melanogaster.
