摘要
在介绍数控机床液压油温监控系统的基础上 ,设计了以单片机为核心的基于遗传算法的自学习控制器。此控制器 ,一方面实时检测样本的指标函数值 ,并根据遗传算法自动调整参数 ;另一方面 ,增加了一个信息库 ,使遗传算法具有记忆功能 ,从而提高获得最优参数的速度。
On the basis of introduction of the hydraulic oil temperatur e monitor system for NC machine tools, a single chip microcomputer controller with self-le arning ability based on genetic algorithm is developed in this paper. Not only d etecting the sample target function and revising all parameters in real time, bu t also the ability to memory because of adding an information library to the gen etic algorithm, the controller can quickly get optimal parameters.
