摘要
针对中、低温范围内,实验用测温头体积小、灵敏度高的要求,选用热镀锡膜焊接法及盐水焊法制作铜-康铜微热电偶,并对热电偶在20℃~90℃范围内进行了标定.应用最小二乘法拟合,使用2种方法,分别对标定结果进行线性、2阶及3阶拟合,分析拟合结果,选择了合适的拟合方法及阶数.通过与盐水焊热电偶比较,分析了热镀锡膜焊接对热电偶性能的影响.
In the experiment, a small size and high sensitivity temperature sensor was required to measure the temperature in the mid-low temperature range. Two copper-constantan micro-thermocouples were produced using hot tinning welding method and saline welding method and calibrated in the temperature range from 20to 90℃. Then using two methods of the least square fittings with one order, second order and third order were respectively performed on the test data. Error analysis on the calibration apparatus was conducted. Then the appropriate fitting formula and order was selected. At last, by comparison with the thermocouple which used saline welding method , the influence of the thermocouple who used hot tinning welding method was analyzed.
