摘要
用喷射成形技术制备GCr15轴承钢 ,对其超塑性进行了研究。选取喷射成形铸态及经过二次油淬超塑处理两种状态试样进行拉伸试验 ,得到伸长率分别为 119%和 32 8%。由TEM照片上获得 :喷射成形铸态试样的珠光体平均片间距为 85nm ;经过二次油淬超塑处理试样的马氏体平均宽度仅为 0 15 μm ,碳化物尺寸范围为 0 12~ 0 5 8μm。研究表明 ,材料的超塑性与其显微组织关系密切。
GCr15 steel was prepared by spray forming and its superplasticity investigated by means of tensile test,optical microscope and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The superplasticity of the as sprayed and twice oil quenched specimens were examined and their tensile elongation with 119% and 328% were obtained,respectively.The average value of 85nm of pearlite interspacing in as sprayed sample and the average value of 0 15μm of the width for martensite and carbide sizes ranging from 0 12 to 0 58μm in twice oil quenched sample for superplastic treatment of the spray formed GCr15 steel were determined from TEM micrographs by quantitative analyses of microstructure.It was showed that the superplasticity of materials are closely related to its microstructure.The probable reasons for influencing the superplasticity of the tested materials were briefly analysed.
