多级分注井逐级解封封隔器研制 被引量:7

摘要 长庆油田开发油藏存在多层系叠合、层系内油层发育、油层非均质性强的现象,要求注水开发油藏实施精细分层注水。常规注水用Y341型封隔器在多层分注井上存在解封作业风险大的问题。针对这一问题,开展封隔器坐封机构、解封机构研究,通过改进坐封锁紧机构、优化解封剪钉,研制出Y341型多级分注井逐级解封封隔器。试验证明:该封隔器具有坐封性能稳定、单个解封力小(30~40kN)的优点,同时能够在多层分注井上实现从上而下依次解封的功能,克服多层分注井的解封载荷叠加效应,降低了作业风险。 The phenomenon exists in Changqing Oilfield development reservoir, that multi-layer composite, the reservoir development, strong reservoir heterogeneity, require the Water injection's reservoir implement fine Layers Water injection. There is a big releasing operation risk with con- ventional the Y341-114 type packer in water injection Layers well. In order to solve this problem, setting mechanism and unseating mechanism of packer is developed, setting latch mechanism and unseating shear pin are optimized,and the Y341 114 type packer with releasing gradually is re- searched. The test proves the Y341 114 type packer with releasing gradually performance is excel lent,conforms to the requirements of the water injection layers to use,implements the packer re- leasing gradually in water injection layers well,and reduces the operation risk.
