摘要
由于我国页岩气的分布多在山区,道路崎岖狭窄、压裂井场狭小,对压裂设备的单机功率、整机尺寸和质量、行驶性能有着更高的要求。研制了YLC140-2320型压裂车,介绍了技术参数、结构特点、创新点、先进性及试验情况,其性能满足在小井场上进行大型页岩气压裂和道路行驶的要求。
China’s shale gas mainly distributes at mountainous and hilly areas which feature rough roads and narrow job site.Thus,it put forward a higher requirement for the single power,dimen-sion,weight and traceability of the fracturing units.The technical parameters,structure features, innovation points,advancement and testing condition of the YLC140-2320 truck mounted fractu-ring unit is introduced herein.The performance of this unit can meet the requirements of perform-ing large-scale shale gas fracturing in small job sites and road running.
